Get in Touch

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. You might feel clear about what you’d like support with, or you may simply know that something doesn’t feel right. Wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome to get in touch.

I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming counselling in Folkestone (CT20) and online across Kent and the UK. If you’re considering beginning therapy, you can contact me by email using the form on this page, or at georgiabatchelorcounselling@outlook.com

I aim to respond within a few working days.

Free Introductory Call

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call via video. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions, tell me a little about what’s bringing you to counselling, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

There is no pressure to commit, it’s simply a chance to connect.

In-Person & Online Sessions

Sessions are available:

  • In-person in central Folkestone

  • Online via secure video call

If you have any accessibility needs or questions about how sessions work, please feel free to mention this when you get in touch.

What to Include in Your Message

If you’re comfortable doing so, it can be helpful to include:

  • A brief outline of what you’re seeking support with

  • Your availability

  • Whether you’re looking for in-person counselling in Folkestone or online sessions

You don’t need to share everything straight away — just enough for us to begin.

I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable. My aim is to offer a consistent, respectful, and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients and those navigating anxiety, depression, complex mental health experiences, or life transitions.

If my approach resonates with you, I would be glad to hear from you.
